Why use dehydrated onion?

Dehydrated Onions can be store easy, being lighter in weight and smaller in bulk than fresh one or any other form of processed onions. They are cheaper to pack too. They do not require refrigeration either. And, the dehydrated onion are grown organically that makes it free from pesticides.
